The house is located on a walled plot of approx. 5,000 m2 and has an easy access road, automatic entrance gate, L-shaped covered terrace, beautiful lawned garden.
Behind the house the property is fenced and thus has a private area with covered BBQ area and a pool of 5 x 10 m with straw umbrellas, sunbeds and hammocks as well as an outdoor bathroom with shower
On the 1st floor there is a large uncovered terrace with a beautiful view.
Premises: Two-storey finca of approx. 270 m2 living space and built in 2005.
Ground floor: The entrance leads to the living-dining room with a wood stove and exit to the porch and pool and to the right to the open and white fitted kitchen (also with garden pool exit) which is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave.
1 bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. The laundry room with washing machine is located on a lower floor ( basement ).
