The chalet is located on a closed plot with high wall of about 1,000 m2. Several trees and plants surround the house, where you have the feeling of being in your own oasis - far away from the city. 2 electric entrance gates and plenty of parking spaces.
At the back of the chalet we have the pool of 7 x 3.5 m where there is also in the immediate vicinity the summer kitchen with BBQ, and 1 practical bathroom with shower.
The chalet has a covered terrace on the ground floor - at the exit of the living room and kitchen - and on the first floor there is an uncovered terrace with partial sea views.
Premises: Built in 2009 with approx. 260 m2 of living space.
Ground floor: Entrance hall with a gym with several machines on the right, 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower to the left of the entrance.
Opposite the entrance you enter the large living room with adjoining fitted kitchen which is equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, complete kitchen inventory. A laundry room with washing machine is next door.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms (1 of them with built-in wardrobe), 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: Good construction quality, stoneware tiled floors on the ground floor and wood laminate on the first floor, double glazing, aluminum shutters, solar system, drinking water treatment system, satellite TV and Spanish TV channels, WiFi connection via fiber optic of 50 MB, electric radiators in all rooms, 4 x AC ( hot – cold ) in the living room and 3 bedrooms, hammocks, cot and baby chair available as well as bed linen and towels.
Other: Animal husbandry on request. The house can also be rented in April and November (complete months).
The organization of festivals and celebrations is strictly prohibited.
For groups of young people up to 25 years of age, a deposit of €1000 is required.
An alarm system is available in the finca. This can be booked on site with an additional 5 € /day. Also a 2nd baby cot for 10 € per day. Air conditioning 20 €/day extra.
