Premises: The house was renovated in 2024 and has approx. 40 m2 of living space. Entrance to the living-dining room with a sofa bed and closed fireplace. The kitchen is integrated and is equipped with 2 gas burners and a small refrigerator.
There is a sink and shower room available- but the toilet outside.
Upstairs - an art gallery - there is a double bed
Equipment: Light floors, double glazing, wooden blinds, closed wood fireplace and internet connection can be used optionally, electricity and hot water via solar panels, city water. There is no washing machine - but in Felanitx there are 3 laundry. Furnished and equipped in a modern style, including bed linen and towels.
Other: Bringing a pet - allowed at your own risk. Maximum rental of 4 and minimum 2 months and for a maximum of 2 people. 1 MM deposit
All NK included - except only a one-time final cleaning fee of 40 € and optional: internet and wood for the fireplace. The remaining months can also be rented for a minimum of 32 nights for 1,200 e per month. Commission depending on length of stay.
Distances: Approx. 13 km. to the coast, about 48 km. to Palma. In Felanitx, all service providers can be found all year round and every Sunday there is a market
