The fully fenced plot of more than 100,000 m2 is located near Manacor with a good access road and about 400 m from the road. The agricultural property is stocked with sheep, many almond and carob trees, olive trees and a Talayotic village.

The entrance to the property is a tree-lined path on both sides that leads us to the typical Mallorcan houses.
The many terraces in front of the houses give pleasant charm and to enjoy the evenings there.
The pool area is ideal for families with children, as they have a terrace area with an enclosed pool, thus providing safety for the little ones. There is also a BBQ area with two barbecues in a large covered veranda, table tennis and an American children's track.
Shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and fully equipped with ironing equipment for three houses.

House c Porx: The single-storey house of approx. 90 m2 is on one level and therefore wheelchair accessible. Private covered terrace with access to the house.
Living, dining room with a door to the fitted kitchen, which is semi-hidden but not completely separated and is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave.
The living room has access to a 1 double bedroom with three beds with sliding door to the bathroom with shower en suite.
Features: The house is furnished in a modern style with rustic details, light tiled floors, single glazing, exposed wooden beams, hot water via electric boiler, internet of 12 / 3 MB, storage room, 2 x air conditioning (hot – cold) in the living room and bedroom and another electric heater in the bathroom.
The house is in good condition and furnished in detail for the needs of guests - especially for families with children indoors and outdoors.
