Premises: The 3 double bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people (including 1 with bathroom ensuite with shower / bathtub ) and 1 further complete bathroom with shower / tub is centrally located. The fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hobs and electr. Stove equipped.
Equipment: double glazing, 2 x AC ( hot – cold ) and 2 x electric heating, SAT TV, Internet Wi-Fi from 100 MB, baby cot, own water, GESA electricity. Towels, bed linen provided.
Miscellaneous: Pets are not allowed. Utilities Electricity per meter extra. Water, internet included. Minimum rental 2 months. October and March on request – at a different rental price. Commission depending on the length of stay.
Distances: 5 km to Es Trenc, 7 km to Campos and 45 km to Palma.
