Premises: The house has about 100 square meters of living space with a large living-dining room and American kitchen with all electrodomestic appliances. It is furnished in a rustic-modern style, with an exit to the terrace and a view of the pool as well as a far-reaching view into the distance.
3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Equipment: PVC Persian, double glazing, grey floors, rustic-modern furnishings, closed wood-burning fireplace in kitchen - dining room, 4 x AC (in the living-dining room and bedrooms), SAT/TV, internet. For a maximum of 6 people, towels and bed linen are provided. Pets allowed.
Other: Monthly rent payment + utilities of electricity extra (via meter or bill template)- Minimum rental period: 2 months. 1 MM deposit. Commission depending on length of stay.
Distances: 500 m to Campos with all services, 10 km to the coast and about 40 km to Palma.
