The partly low walled property of approx. 238 m2 is located in a quiet street and has a covered veranda at the entrance to the chalet, another behind the house and another beautiful roof terrace which can be reached via an external staircase and can enjoy the great view.
Washing machine room, small storage room for bicycles, electric boiler and an outdoor shower are available.
Premises: Built in 1978 with approx. 90 m2 of living space and some renovations to date.
Entrance living-dining room with fireplace, a large hallway from which 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and double beds and 1 further double bedroom with 2 single beds open.
A white and brightly furnished and fully equipped fitted kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and pantry.
1 bathroom with small tub/shower.
Equipment: Light tiled floor floors, double glazing, aluminium blinds, Spanish TV channels, fibre optic internet, 1 x AC ( hot - cold ) plus electric heating radiators and open wood fireplace, GESA electricity, city water, hot water via electric boiler. Miscellaneous and prices: Bringing a pet with you - but by arrangement with a one-time final cleaning fee of 100 E.
Monthly payment with a flat-rate electricity pre-cost fee, which is determined by meter at the end of the rental period and the difference is compensated. Miniman rental 2 and max. 6 months. Monthly rental prices for the months between November – April: € 850.00 and for the appendix Sept / October, May and June € 1,400 per month + electricity consumption + 1 MM deposit. Agency fee depending on the term.
Distances: To the coast about 1 km, to Palma about 50 km and in Sa Rapita there are some service providers — but for larger purchases Campos, in about 10 km is the better place.
