1 bathroom with bathtub / shower, 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) with built-in wardrobes which offer enough space (one of them has en suite bathroom with shower.
First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and terrace access and 1 bathroom with bath/shower.

Other: Pets are not allowed. Rental period min 2 months between November and February with 1 MM deposit and electricity consumption extra. Commission depending on the length of stay.
A 2 weekly cleaning is done every 2 weeks and is included in the rental price. The house can also be booked over the summer for a few weeks on request.
Location/ Distances: The finca is located in quiet surroundings - yet close to the village - about 1.5 km. Approx. 13 km. to the coast, about 8 km. to Santanyi and about 45 km. to Palma.
