In one of the oldest stud farms in Mallorca - today an agrotourism - this mill is located near LLucmayor - in the direction of Cala Pi - in one of the many more built talayots of yesteryear.
There are 4 other units - but each with its own privacy - on the large walled property, which is provided with a manual entrance gate and parking space.
The garden - pool and summer kitchens - BBQ area is communal - yet each house has its own small movable wooden BBQ that you can use. There are many small garden solar lights positioned around the casitas - along the wayside.
The ground-level mill faces south with the covered terrace and measures approx. 22 m2 with some garden area in addition. Sunbeds can also be removed from the pool area for use.
Premises: The country's typical, ground-level mill from 1650m, which is also a listed building, was completely renovated in June 2024 and has retained many details of ancient times and has a lot of charm and has been lovingly furnished.
LivingDining room with integrated kitchenette and a small wood-burning fireplace, 2 ceramic hobs, German coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator.
The bedrooms on the left and right are equipped with double beds. 1 bathroom with a large shower.
Equipment: double glazing, small wood-burning fireplace, 1 x air conditioning (hot - cold), own well water, solar and city electricity, Internet via Wi-Fi with Smart TV, 1 ceiling fan, electric hot water boiler of 150 l. Modern and rustic furniture. Equipment of bed linen and towels available - but better to bring some towels -- as there is no washing machine. Baby cot and chair available. NO BUILT-IN WARDROBES -- rather clothes racks, chests of drawers, benches available to accommodate the clothes you brought along!
Other: On the property there are still 3 units ( 30 a, 30 c+d ) for winter rental and the main house, in which the owners live - but are rarely seen.
Monthly rent payment + 1 MM deposit and ancillary electricity costs - which are only incurred in the evening - since during the day everything is solar-powered and there is no generator - to be read as a lump sum for advance costs via your own meter.

Bringing animals - on request - as there are many animals there - and therefore only dogs which are under supervision - may be possible. There may still be laundry costs-- because there is NO washing machine!! Commission 450 €
