Village house built around the turn of 1900, which has been completely renovated - is located in the village of Muro - near the coast of Alcudia and Can Picafort - in the north of the island.
It has a small walled courtyard and parking outside on the street.
Premises: On 3 floors with approx. 100 m2 of living space we find on the ground floor the entrance area with a large living room, a fully equipped fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and dining area with exit to the inner courtyard.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes ( 2 x double beds a 1.50 x 1.90 ) and 1 bathroom with shower.
At the top of an old stone staircase leads to a last room with 1 sofa bed.
Equipment: double glazing, internet, visible roof beams, electric hot water boiler, city water, fiber optic internet of 100 Mb, electric hot water boiler of 150l, natural stone walls, 2 x air conditioning ( hot - cold ), GESA electricity. Completely modern and as good as new furnished and equipped incl. Bed linen and towels.
The village house was completely renovated in June 2024 and is a listed building, so that many details have remained original and give the house a typical charm.
Other: Monthly payment with a flat-rate electricity pre-cost fee, which is offset via the meter or invoice template. 1 MM deposit and an every 3 weeks intermediate cleaning extra. Minimum rental 2 months.
