4 modern apartments with terrace and BBQ near the beach of Porto Colom.
The apartments are all located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey house, where on the ground floor there are shops with a bar that is only open seasonally and on the 1st floor there is a private apartment. House opens.
The apartments each have a private terrace in the shape with portable barbecue.
Premises: The apartments have between 35 and 40 m2 living space and were built in 1980 with some subsequent renovations.
The entrance area is the living-dining room with integrated, furnished kitchen which is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, small refrigerator and microwave.
1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: ceramic tile floors, double glazing, satellite TV and Spanish TV channels, 600 MB Wi-Fi internet, 2 x AC (cold - hot) in the living room and bedroom, GESA electricity, city water, hot water via an electric boiler.
There is no washing machine (but there are 2 laundries in the zone). Furnished in rustic – modern mix style.
Other: Pets are not allowed. Electricity cost advance flat rate of 60 € / month and the actual consumption will be presented against invoice at the end of the rental period and billed. One-off final cleaning costs € 60. Commission depending on length of stay. Minimum 2 months.
Distances / Location: Approx. 70 m to the beach / coast and port of Portocolom, approx. 60 km. To Palma. The apartments are located in a tourist area with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.
