This is located on the 2nd floor in a complex of a total of 220 units which share an enormous pool and the tennis court, private covered terrace overlooking the pool, elevator and parking in front of the building.

We have a living-dining room with furnished open fitted kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as kitchen inventory.
2 double bedrooms with single beds and fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine.
Equipment: Grey-coloured floor tiles, double glazing, 1 x AC (hot – cold), TV channels via cable, Wi-Fi internet, GESA electricity, city water, hot water via electric boiler. 100% furnished in a modern style – including bed linen, towels and baby chair.
Other: Pets not allowed and non-smoking AP. Persons under the age of 25 are only welcome if accompanied by their family.
Monthly payment method with 1 MM deposit and electricity consumption separately. One-time final cleaning of 60 €. Minimum stay 1 month. Commission depending on the length of stay.

Distances: Approx. 100 m. to the coast, beach and services, approx. 65 km to Palma and approx. 2 km to the centre of Alcudia.
