Historic finca village house with garden and fireplace in a quiet location on the outskirts of Orient in an idyllic and wooded area with fantastic mountain views.
The walled and fenced rustic and natural garden with a manual wooden gate measures approx. 600 m2 y has a terrace area with awning, chairs and table, sun loungers and a small PC pool. Parking outside on the street.
The 3-storey house of approx. 240 m2 of living space is one of the oldest in the village and has been renovated again and again ( last time in 2022 ) - while retaining the typical Mallorcan details.
Rooms: On the ground floor there is the beautiful entrance area, followed by the living room and the rustic large fitted kitchen with ceramic hobs, microwave, German coffee machine and a mocha, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with adjoining breakfast - bar stool counter with adjoining large dining room.
The 4 bedrooms are partly equipped with built-in wardrobes and clothes racks, of which 1 x double bed of 1.50 x 1.80 cm and the others are single beds of 0.90 x 2.0 cm each and are located in 1. and 2 floors distributed and yet another living room on the last floor. The bathrooms are not as usual - because it used to be a kind of youth hostel and so many shower rooms, then again only toilets for men and there are also complete bathrooms with showers.
Equipment: Brown floors, fiber optic internet of 300 Mb, Smart TV, double glazing, exposed roof beams, thick walls - where the heat is well retained, completely renovated roof, city water, GESA electricity, open fireplace in the living room, 5 x electric heating radiators, electric hot water boiler. Fully equipped and furnished incl. bed linen and towels as well as baby cot and chair ( please apply if required ).
Other: Bringing a pet by arrangement. Monthly payment method 1.200 E up to 4 persons and up to 8 persons 1.550 € with 1 MM deposit. Minimum rental period 2 months. Commission depending on length of stay. At the end of the rental period, the difference in actual consumption will be compensated upon presentation of the invoices. Distances: Approx. 30 m to the village, approx. 20 km to Soller and approx. 23 km to Palma.
