We have the entrance to the living-dining room with open fireplace, +a small step leads to 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, corridor to 1 further single bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is located at the end, kitchen equipped with butane gas, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Equipment: Light tiled floors, single glazing, beige aluminium shutters, SAT TV and Spanish channels, 600 Mb internet connection via radio antenna, open wood fireplace, GESA electricity, 1 electric radiator, 4 x AC (hot-cold), city water, hot water via gas boiler. Furnished and equipped for up to 6 people.
Other: Pets are not allowed as this is an open lot. 1 MM deposit + electricity cost extra over meter. The months of April and October can also be rented - on request subject to availability - for 1,400 € each. Commission depending on length of stay.
