Winter offer between November and March:
2 small and completely renovated houses with terraces - which are next to each other - at LLucmayor - Cala Pi.
On the walled large property there are 2 other casitas for rent and the main house of the owners. It has a communal pool, summer kitchen area and a large BBQ. Parking in front of the 2 houses and a manual entrance gate.
The casitas have a kind of communal courtyard garden with loungers and each house has its covered south-facing terrace with portable BBQ + summer kitchen --- which are only separated by a paravon.
Premises: The two ground-level casitas are from the 1650, which were completely renovated in June 24, have approx. 50 m2 of living space and one is handicapped accessible ( Palmera 30 d ).
Both are located next to each other - separated by a paravon, are built in the wrong way and are very similar in terms of furniture. Community courtyard which is walled with a height of about 1 m.
30 d Palmera - right: Living-dining room with integrated kitchenette equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave and toaster. 1 bedroom equipped with a bench, clothes rack and double bed and 1 large bathroom with shower.
30 c Olivo- left: Identical, except that it is not handicapped accessible.
Equipment: 1 x air conditioning ( hot - cold ), integrated wall safe, electric hot water boiler, own water, solar and city electricity, Internet via WLAN. Modern - antique combination of furniture, bed linen and towels available - but advisable to bring your own set - as only in the city can be washed in a laundry.
NO dishwasher and washing machine and no TV!!!
Other: Monthly rent payment + 1 MM deposit and electricity ancillary costs advance flat rate - which only accrue in the evening - since during the day everything is operated via solar planes and there is no generator - to be read via own meter. One-time commission 450 €

Bringing animals - on request - as there are many animals there - and therefore only dogs which are under supervision - may be possible. There may still be laundry costs-- because there is NO washing machine!!
