The fully fenced plot of more than 100,000 m2 is located near Manacor with a good access road and about 400 m from the road. The agricultural property is stocked with sheep, many almond and carob trees, olive trees and a talayotic village.

The entrance to the property is a path decorated with trees on both sides that leads to the typical Mallorcan houses.
Own front terrace in front of the house where you can enjoy the balmy winter evenings there. There are 2 more houses a little further away from this one, which can also be rented over the winter ( individually or as a total pack F 250 a + b )
The pool area is ideal for families with children as they have a terrace area with enclosed pool and thus provide safety for the little ones. Furthermore, there is a BBQ area with two grills in a large covered porch, gym, table tennis and an American children's track.

Living, dining room with a door to the fitted kitchen, which is half hidden but not completely separated which is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave.
The living- dining room has access to a 1 double bedroom with three beds with sliding door to the bathroom with shower en suite.
Equipment: The house is furnished in a modern style with rustic details, bright tiled floors, double glazing, exposed wooden beams, hot water via electric thermal bath, SAT TV, internet of 12 / 3 MB, storage room, air conditioning ( hot - cold ) in the living, dining room and the bedroom. Bed linen and towels available.
General: The house is in good condition and furnished down to the last detail for the needs of guests - especially for families with children indoors and outdoors. Pets on request. 1 MM deposit, electricity pre-cost flat rate which is billed via meter. Weekly intermediate cleaning included. Distances: About 3 km to the golf course and to a water source, 3.8 km to Manacor, about 17 km to the coast and 51 km to Palma.
