Furthermore, there is an agricultural part, a large house with 9 rooms (some with terraces), a main house of about 150m. in which the communal dining room and kitchen are located – with access to the large terrace with pergola which offers a view of the countryside and the sea.
Laundry room with 2 shared washers and 1 dryer are available to the casita and the 9 rooms.

The casita, no. 11 – was renovated in 2005 and has approx. 55 m2 of living space.

1 bathroom with shower, access to an open area with a bunk bed and 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds.
Beige tiled floors, double glazing, wooden blinds, satellite TV and 600 MB fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, 1 x air conditioning ( hot – cold ), gas central heating, GESA electricity, well water, hot water via gas boiler. Furnished and equipped in Mallorcan style.
Other: This finca is operated as an agritourism rental in summer and is only offered in winter - between November and April - for a longer period of time and in these months it is particularly quiet and idyllic. Minimum stay 2 months. Keeping animals is not allowed.
Cost: 1 MM deposit. Electricity and gas for heating separately via meter.
Optional: intermediate cleaning with towel and bed linen change as well as breakfast and/or lunch at an additional cost. Commission depending on length of stay.
The remaining 9 rooms for rent are rather at the front of the property - with a different entrance and may or may not be occupied...
Distances: Approx. 0.3 km. to the coast, approx. 4 km to Cala Dor and approx. 55 km to Palma.
Cala Mondrago is a beach in the middle of a natural park with a beach next to S Amarador that invites you to relax and unwind.
