Miscellaneous / Prices: Pets are not allowed. Rental for at least 2 months between November and March for €1,850/month and for October and April €2,150 each incl. all utilities plus 1 MM deposit. A 2 week or monthly cleaning on request extra. Commission depending on the length of stay
Distances/ Location: Approx. 500 m to the coast, approx. 1.5 km to Es Trenc, about 45 km. to Palma.
SA Rapita is a coastal town where bars, restaurants and some open service providers can be found. Immediate neighbors next door.
