Outside we have a covered terrace of a small summer kitchen which is equipped with hobs, fridge, barbecue. There is also a table tennis next to the saltwater pool. The beautiful orchard invites you to relax and there are also fresh eggs from the laying hens nearby. Carport and ferry bikes also available.
On the 1st floor there is an uncovered terrace with access to a bedroom.
Premises: The house was built in 1981 on 2 floors and has approx. 180 m2 of living space. Some small renovations have been carried out so far - but the typical Mallorcan charm and detail has always been retained.
Ground floor: entrance of the dining room with altillo, open fitted kitchen equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. 1 bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with access to the washing machine room.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (one of them with 1 bathroom with shower bath/suite) as well as 1 further bathroom with shower.
Features: Rustic and wooden tiled floors, oil central heating, single and double glazing throughout, GESA electricity, well water, hot water via solar panels. Furnished and equipped 100% incl. bed linen, towels and baby cot chair.
Miscellaneous: Bringing a pet is your own responsibility - as it is an unfenced property.
1 MM deposit + extra charge of electricity and heating oil. Included is a bi-weekly 3/4 hour cleaning. If more is desired - optional - extra. Minimum rental period 2 months. Commission depending on the length of stay - see terms and conditions point 11.
Distances: Approx. 14 km. to the coast, about 60 km to PalmaPalm and about 2 km. to the village of Sant Lorenç.
