It is located in a walled and fenced corner plot of about 350 m2 and has a driveway gate to be able to park the car inside. Furthermore, there is a covered terrace at the house and a saltwater triangle pool, which is about 15 m2 in size and 2 m. deep. 2 further uncovered terraces, which are located in 1. floor, offer wonderful sea views with beautiful morning sunrises - east facing. Gas BBQ available.
Premises: The two-storey chalet has approx. 145 m2 of living space, was built in 2004 and completely renovated in 2024.
Ground floor: Entrance hall - where opposite is the wooden fitted kitchen with American bar and is equipped with ceramic hobs, osmosis system, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Next door is a laundry room with washing machine and electric boiler. To the right is the living-dining room with wood-burning fireplace and to the left is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 further double bedroom with a 1.40 cm bed.
Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms ( single mattresses à 0.90 cm ) and 1 bright and large bathroom with shower.
Equipment: White ceramic tiled floors with dark blue details, double glazing, tilt window systems, wooden and aluminium blinds, satellite TV and Firestick, Wi-Fi from IB-RED of 7 Mb, 2 fire extinguishers, central AC and underfloor gas central heating, city water and GESA electricity, sewage pit, hot water via electric boiler. 100% modern furnished and equipped with towels and bed linen as well as hairdryer and ironing board.

Monthly payment method + NK of electricity, water. Optional gas cylinders for the use of underfloor heating and/or fireplace - extra wood.
One-time final cleaning of 150 € will be charged / with dog: 180 €.

The house can also be rented for a long term up to 5 years - but under different conditions and rental price ( see Ch 87 ) as well as for holiday stays.

Distances: Approx. 500 m. to the beach, approx. 5 km to Santanyi and approx. 55 km. to Palma.
In Cala Llombards there is only a small supermarket and a bar - the nearest largest village is Santanyi, in about 5 km with all services.
