Outside there is also a washing machine room with washing machine and an electric hot water boiler, a storage room and a garage in which there is a tank and a boiler.

Ground floor: Entrance area which leads to the living- dining room and on the left there are 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one of them with 1 shower room) and another 1 bathroom with shower. To the left of the living and dining room is the fully equipped kitchen in white with gas cooking flames, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and pantry. The living, dining room and the kitchen have access to the outside.
