The fenced plot of about 10,700 m2 is located on the road between Campos-Sa Rapita - Es Trenc.
It has a pool of 4 x 10 m2, BBQ, covered terrace with access to the house, a surrounding garden of about 1,500 m2.
Premises: The house on 2 floors with approx. 160 m2 living space was built in 1994.
Ground floor: We have the entrance to the living – dining room with terrace exit, large and bright fitted kitchen with open fireplace, gas hobs, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and additional dining area. Next door a pantry with all kitchen inventory.
3 double bedrooms (2 of them with fitted wardrobes and one of them has 1 bathroom with bath / shower en suite), plus 1 bathroom with bath / shower.
First floor: A large lounge with 2 chairs, small armchair and a table - which can be used for relaxing, reading, yoga, work area or as a children's room.
Equipment: single glazing, aluminum blinds, satellite TV and Spanish channels, open fireplace in the kitchen, Internet WLAN of 7 MB, 4 x AC (hot – cold) in the bedrooms and electric heating in the living – dining room. Equipped with bed linen and towels.

Other: Pets are not allowed. Monthly payment with 1 MM deposit plus electricity costs advance which is compensated at the end of the rental period.
2 x per month the garden and pool is maintained. Minimum rental period: 2 months. Possible to rent the months of October and / or April for 1.380 € on request whether available. Commission depending on length of stay. See our Terms and Conditions point 11.
Distances: About 3 km to Campos, 6 km. To Sa Rapita and the coast and about 40 km to Palma
