The house is located on a walled plot of approx. 600 m2 and can be reached via an asphalt road and approx. 100 m of gravel road, which is also shared with another house – but everyone has their own privacy.
The house has a 15 m long covered south-east terrace with a beautiful view of the fields. Parking available.
Premises: It is a pleasant, rustic small ground floor house with gallery of about 100 m2 of living space, which was completely renovated in 2010.
Living-dining room with open fitted kitchenette, which is equipped with gas hobs, electric stove and refrigerator and adjoining a pantry.
A wooden ladder leads to an open gallery which has been set up as a sleeping area (1 double bed) and on the ground floor there are also 2 more bedrooms (one with a double bed and 1 with two single beds (this one with bathroom en suite – shower) and 1 more bathroom with shower.
Equipment: cement floors, double glazing, wooden entrance door, Spanish TV channels, internet connection, closed wood fireplace, solar panels, rainwater, hot water via gas boiler. Furnished and equipped in a modern style.
Other: No pets allowed. Maximum rental 2 – 4 months + 1 MM deposit
No NK – possibly. only water, which is available from the neighbor. Commission depending on length of stay.
Rental prices: October – April 1,300 E and between May – September 1,500 E

Distances: From here you have good connections to Santanyi and Campos, Felanitx, in about 5km and about 8 km. to the coast, about 40 km. to Palma, about 2 km. to Cas Concos.
In Felanitx there are all the services and on Sundays there is a weekly market in the center
