b) Prices for single months ( minimum 2 ): May + October 1,800 €, June + September 2,200 € + electricity pre-cost flat rate where consumption is determined and balanced at the end of the rental period ( + / - ), in addition to a monthly cleaning - extra. Internet included.
c) Winter offer between November and April (from 2 months): 1,250 E + electricity pre-cost lump sum plus one cleaning per month - extra. Internet included.
1 month deposit and monthly payment. Commission depending on length of stay.
Distances: 50 m to the coast, to the beach about 700 m, to Campos about 10 km and a Palma about 35 km.
