It has a covered front terrace (with patio table and chairs of about 8 m2 with morning and midday sun, a terrace in 1st place). floor (with 2 armchairs and 1 lounger) from the bedroom, another triangular terrace with wooden steps (a bit steep), which leads to the beautiful roof terrace (2 levels) with sea and panoramic views. Parking on the street.
Premises: Built in 2008, renovated in 2021 with approx. 85 m2 of living space on 2 levels.
The entrance area is the friendly living-dining room with integrated white fitted kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave and electr. Hearth. Next door 1 bathroom with shower (without window) and behind it 1 bedroom with double bed of 1.35 x 2 m and a small washing machine balcony and possibility to hang up the laundry.
From the entrance area, a staircase (without railings) leads upstairs where there is another bedroom with a 1.85 x 2.00 m double bed with a covered terrace (approx. 8 m2) with sea views. This bedroom is equipped with 1x AC (hot-cold). In front of it is the 2nd bathroom with bathtub - hydromassage and window and an anteroom - as a dressing room - from which it goes to the triangular terrace and DT.
Equipment: 2 x AC, 1 electric heater in the upper bathroom, grey aluminium persian, sliding door system, light brown laminate flooring throughout the house, via internet fibre optic of 600 Mb line and via Googlechrom reception of apps, German TV channels, city water, GESA electricity, electric hot water boiler. Kitchen is fully equipped plus bed linen. Towels must be brought along!
Other: Bringing a dog - by arrangement. NOT A CAT(S)! Monthly payment method with 1 MM deposit. 3 months minimum rental up to max 9 months (except July, August and September). Rental price includes all NK - except electricity, which is billed separately via invoices. Commission depending on length of stay
