This is located on the 2nd floor of a house with a total of 15 apartments and has its own approximately 10 m2 large and covered terrace with views of the city.
Premises: Built in 2003 with approx. 105 m2 of living space.
We have as entrance area the bright living - dining room with access to the terrace, a furnished and fully equipped fitted kitchen with gas cooktops, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as all necessary other kitchen appliances.
2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one of them with private bathroom with shower), 1 office with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom with bath/shower.
Equipment: marble and ceramic floor tiles, double glazing, aluminum shutters, Spanish and SAT TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi INternet, city gas heating, 1 x AC (hot-cold), electricity, city water and hot water via electric thermal bath.
Other: Monthly rental price for the months of October – April including all additional costs. Rental price for remaining months on request. Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental period 2 months. Commission depending on the length of stay.
Distances: About 500 m to the coast and beach and the apartment is centrally located and surrounded by service providers.
