These apartments are located on the 1st floor. and 2nd floor and have only 2 other units in the complex, parking included.
With approx. 100 m2 of living space you have enough space where there are 3 bedrooms ( 2 x double, - and 1 x single bed ) with built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with bathtub / shower, fully equipped kitchens and storage room, laundry room with washing machine, light-flooded living-dining room.
From the living-dining room there is access to the covered terraces of approx. 8 m2 which have partial sea views.
Equipment: Completely modern furnished, 2 x air conditioning h/c, double glazing, Internet 10 Mb., SAT TV. Towels and bed linen provided.

Other: Animal husbandry on request. Monthly payment. Commission: According to terms and conditions, deposit: 1 MM. NK all inclusive - except for a flat rate for electricity costs, which is calculated according to the rental period by meter or invoice template. One-time final cleaning fee extra. The apartments can also be rented for a few weeks in the summer months - on request.
Prices: September, October, May and Juni_ € 1,500 and for the months of November to April: € 880.00. 2 months minimum rental. Agency fee depending on the rental period - see terms and conditions point 11.
Location: The apartments are located in a very quiet area and not far away are about 40 m from the harbour beach and Es Dolc. There are also plenty of supermarkets, shops and good restaurants. Colónia de Sant Jordi is a former fishing village and belongs to the municipality of Ses Salines, which is located in the southeastern corner of Mallorca between Santanyí and Campos. To the west, Colònia de Sant Jordi is the longest natural beach on the island, Es Trenc. Extensive pine forests frame the protected beaches. The coastal area, with its rocky islands, pristine fine sandy beaches and lush vegetation, is bathed by crystal clear waters. Directly on the harbour promenade of Colònia de Sant Jordi – the harbour used to be the harbour of Campos – numerous restaurants and cafes invite you to linger.
To Palma and the airport about 45 - 50 km.
