Premises: The apartment was built in 1989 with approx. 75 m2 and is located on the 2nd floor ( NO ELEVATOR!)
The entrance area is the living-dining room with terrace access, to the right of it the dove-blue fitted kitchen with a small breakfast table and adjoining washing machine balcony. This is followed by 1 small bathroom in the middle (without window) with bathtub and shower as well as a built-in wardrobe for storing utensils and towels. Adjacent to the courtyard - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe and located to the right of the bathroom - the master bedroom with sea view, built-in wardrobe and a current double bed of 1.50 x 1.80 cm ( on request - a larger mattress can be bought ).

a ) For a season from 7 to 9 months: 1,150 E + electricity, garbage fee, firewood and water. Optional Internet.
b ) For the months of November - April 980 € with a minimum rental of 3 months and electricity extra. For connection months October and May: 1,500 E
Final cleaning fee of €130 will be paid if you bring a pet.
