It is located on the 1st floor with an external staircase on a closed private 520 m2 plot with manual gate entry which offers parking, a beautiful terrace area with garden furniture, hammocks, outdoor barbecue and a 5 x 10 m pool as well as 1 bathroom with shower.
In the apartment we have a terrace with awning and great views of the fields and the village of Arta to Sant Salvador.
A family member of the landlord lives in the nearby house - but both parties have their own private and independent area.

We have the main entrance - of which there are 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom ensuite (with bathtub - shower) to the left and to the right of the entrance - via 3 steps - it goes into the living room with access to the terrace. From here you can access the separate dining room and the large and practical furnished fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
To the left of the kitchen (with access to the terrace) there are 2 more bedrooms with single beds and to the right of the kitchen is 1 bathroom with shower and double sink.
Equipment: Grey - white laminate floors, double glazing, SAT TV and Spanish channels, Internet fiber optic connection of 300 MB, 5 x AC ( hot - cold ) in various rooms, GESA electricity, own well water, hot water via 2 electric boilers. 100% furnished in rustic style. There is the possibility to take out a bed (max. 2 bedrooms) to create an office or other.

Prices depending on the season with a minimum rental of 2 months and max. 11 months:
Between October - December 2,000 €/month
Between January - April €2,500/month
May and September €3,700/month
June €5,000/month
July and August €5,700/month.
Additional NK as well as pool and garden maintenance are all included in the rental price (there is a possibility of a surcharge if excessive electricity consumption is evident). Agency fee depending on length of stay.
Distances: Approx. 2 km. to Arta, about 8 km. to the coast and about 72 km. to Palma.
