Rooms: The apartment of approx. 45 m2 living space was built in 1970 and completely renovated in 2023.
We have a living - dining room with access to the terrace, a modern white - but small fitted kitchen with ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: Gray porcelain tile floors, double glazing, washing machine, Spanish TV channels and other channels via Internet - fiber optic of 600 MB, 1 x AC (hot - cold), GESA electricity, city water, hot water + via electric thermos. Fully equipped with savannahs and towels.
Other: No pets allowed. Rental between 8 - 9 months - excluding June 15 to September 15. 1 MM deposit and electricity consumption extra. Commission depending on the length of stay.
Distances: The Ap is located on the coast - cliffs - but in about 120 m2 is the beach of Cala Major. To the center of Palma about 2 km.
