It is located on the 1st floor with an external staircase on an enclosed private 900 m2 plot with manual gate entry which offers parking, a beautiful terrace area with garden furniture, hammocks, outdoor barbecue and a 5 x 10 m pool and 1 bathroom with shower.
In the apartment we have a terrace with awning and great views of the fields and the village of Arta to the Sant Salvador.
A family member of the landlord lives in the nearby house - however, both parties have their own private and independent area.

We have the main entrance - on the left of which there are 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom ensuite (with bathtub - shower) and to the right of the entrance - over 3 steps - it goes into the living room with access to the terrace. From here you enter the separate dining room and the large and practical furnished fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
To the left of the kitchen (with access to the terrace) there are 2 more bedrooms with single beds and to the right of the kitchen is 1 bathroom with shower and double sink.
Equipment: Gray - white laminate floors, double glazing, SAT TV and Spanish channels, Internet fiber optic connection of 300 MB, 5 x AC (hot - cold) in different rooms, GESA electricity, own well water, hot water via 2 electric boilers. 100% furnished in rustic style. There is the possibility of taking out a bed (max. 2 bedrooms) to an office or other.

Prices depending on the season with a minimum rental of 2 months and a maximum of 9 months:
Between October - December €2,000/month
Between January - April €2,500/month
May €3,700/month
June €5,000/month
July and August €5,700/month.
Additional utilities as well as pool and garden maintenance are all included in the rental price (there is a possibility of a surcharge if excessive electricity consumption is seen). Commission depending on the length of stay - see terms and conditions - point 11.
Distances: Approx. 2 km. to Arta, about 8 km. to the coast and about 72 km. to Palma.
