The fully fenced plot of more than 100,000 m2 is located near Manacor with a good access road and about 400 m from the road. The agricultural property is stocked with sheep, many almond and carob trees, olive trees and a Talayotic village.

The entrance to the property is a path adorned with trees on both sides, which leads us to the typical Mallorcan houses.

The pool area is ideal for families with children, as they have a terrace area with an enclosed pool, thus providing safety for the little ones. There is also a BBQ area with two barbecues in a large covered veranda, table tennis and an American children's track.

House a Granny: The ground floor house with approx. 155 m2 of living space - located with some steps - with an open terrace which has access to the living room.
The living room has a separate arch to the dining room with beautiful fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A pantry is next door.
From the hallway there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with built-in wardrobe) and at the end there is 1 bathroom with bathtub / shower as well as 1 further double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom with shower en suite.
Equipment: The house is furnished in antique and rustic style, brown tiled floors, single glazing, exposed wooden beams, hot water over gas oil, air conditioning ( hot - cold ) in all rooms as well as oil central heating, own water, electricity from GESA and internet.
The house is in good condition and furnished in detail for the needs of guests - especially for families with children indoors and outdoors.
