b) Winter months between November and March 1,970 E + electricity advance cost lump sum and actual consumption is paid. For season and winter there is a 2 MM deposit and a 1 x monthly intermediate cleaning extra. Minimum rental 2 months
Other: No pet ownership, monthly payment. Commission depending on length of stay.
Distances: The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the harbour ( approx. 25 m ), to Campos approx. 12 km and to Palma approx. 52km. Good location and in Colonia everything can be found in terms of services and beaches.
