The chalet has a garage, a laundry room ( washing machine and dryer ), uncovered terrace space on the ground floor ( but with extending awning ) and 2 further terraces in 1. Floor.
Premises: The chalet of approx. 115 m2 living space is divided into 2 floors and is from 1984.
Ground floor: Entrance room with hallway where the living room is located on the left, straight ahead is the white fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave and dishwasher and has access to the dining area (kind of conservatory) and terrace.
Further back, 1 central bathroom with shower and a small storage room, as well as 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. A staircase leads upstairs to a quasi-separate small apartment with 1 bedroom ( terrace exit ) and 1 bathroom with hydromassage.
