Well maintained single-storey chalet - terraced house with many terraces, BBQ and sea views at the harbour of Canonge - Banyalfubar in the west of Mallorca.
Fenced plot of about 145 m2 with many terraces, at the back of the house there is a BBQ with northwest orientation, an outdoor shower and to get into the chalet - via some steps.
Premises: Built in 1960 with some subsequent renovations - the last in 2022 with approx. 80 m2 of living space.
We have a living-dining room, a furnished beautiful fitted kitchen with a gas oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and all kitchen appliances.
2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 single bedroom (all with wardrobes) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Equipment: single glazing, wooden and aluminum blinds, Spanish TV channels, Wi-Fi internet connection, closed wood stove in the living-dining room and open fireplace in the kitchen. Furnished and equipped 100% incl. bed linen and towels.
Other: The bringing of pets is to be requested. NK of electricity, firewood and 50 € for a 2 weekly intermediate cleaning extra. Commission depending on the length of stay - see our terms and conditions point 11.
Distances / Location: Approx. 0.5 km. to the coast / harbour beach and about 25 km.to Palma. Some services are available in the region. The chalet is located in a typical and small Mallorcan harbour town, which is close to the Tramuntana and surrounded by mountains.
