2 years ago, together with friends and acquaintances, we bought a finca in Binissalem, which we use for our own use and for holiday rentals. Now we would like to renovate the finca and expand our group with a few like-minded people who would like to buy a part of "their own finca" in Mallorca.
There are two beautiful houses on the property, each with 2 bedrooms. One of the two houses has already been completely renovated, the second is to be renovated and modernized over the winter months, but it is currently already in use.
In addition, there is a garage on the property, which is currently being converted into a 70sqm apartment, as well as a large pool, which has just been modernized.
The property has an area of around 7 ha, of which we planted around 5 ha with vines at the beginning of 2023, which is cultivated by a local company. This is also part of the community. Around the three buildings there is otherwise a typical Mallorcan garden with many fruit trees such as lemons, oranges, medlars and pomegranates.
The finca is very idyllically located just outside Binissalem. It is extremely quiet and with about 25 minutes by car still has a great connection to Palma or the airport. What makes the place particularly beautiful for us is the extensive view of the Tramuntana mountains.
