My wife Marina and I are looking for 1 - 2 shops. One of 40 - 60 square meters, preferably for a hair salon. Water connections, electricity and sufficient light incidence are therefore important criteria.
Shop 2 with an area of 60 - 100 square meters for the area of equipment rental for events.
Both restaurants should be largely free of defects and be easy to reach by car or public transport.
There shouldn't be too much of a parking problem at either property.
