We are a young at heart - healthy - fit retired couple. Currently living in the municipality of ALGAIDA. We like it in the small casita on the owner's large finca grounds. Love nature, pool, tranquility ,animals etc. But.... in the long term, the casita is too small. Ergo we are looking for something bigger, gladly again as roommates in a guest house. But just bigger and especially with 2 bedrooms. We are also happy to take on supervisory work around the house, for example in the case of frequent absences. Coordinate watering, you can talk about everything. Only the speaking ones can be helped. Algaida, or Llucmajor would be very pleasant for us. Now we also have a large pool for shared use and appreciate that very much. It would be great if it happens again. They are quiet people, do not smoke and do not have pets.
