Palma de Mallorca +/- 30 min.
This 1 room can also be in a large house or in a finca.
I am single, working in the home office and I like to spend my free time in Mallorca, so I am looking for 1 room for rent
I don't smoke and I don't have pets.
I speak German, English, Polish and would like to learn Spanish in Mallorca.
I have a driver's license and will be happy to help you in your apartment / house / finca, in the garden, with shopping and drive you to appointments when I am with you.
I will pay you 300 euros per month for 1 room including all utilities (electricity, water, gas and internet).
