Look for an apartment or a small house with good transport links to Palma (bus or train not too far away) for long term rental. For work temporarily in the home office, Internet is a must. A quiet residential area in the countryside would be nice. I am very calm, animal-loving (cat owner) and reliable. A kind of shared flat would also be conceivable for me, as long as there is sufficient privacy. Nice would be near Sineu, Binnissalem or Santa Maria. Or with good bus connection to Palma also in the area of Calvia, Llucmajor or similar. Speak German, English and Spanish. I have been working for 15 years as a private instructor on the island and in Palma part-time in the boat business. I am happy about serious offers.
