We, a quiet and working couple (37 and 39 years old, already living in Mallorca for 4 years), are looking for an apartment for long-term rent in the southwest of Mallorca.
We are looking for a bright, modern apartment with the following features:
at least 2 bedrooms
Balcony or terrace for relaxing evenings outdoors
Air conditioning for pleasant temperatures in the summer months (heating for the winter months would be optimal, but is not an exclusion criterion)
Long-term rental option, ideally for at least 1 year
In the best case, an unfurnished apartment, as we would like to furnish ourselves again and already have furniture
We are non-smokers, have no pets and attach great importance to a well-kept environment. If you are interested or have suitable offers, we look forward to hearing from you!
