I am in my mid-60s and male and am looking for a roommate in a shared apartment for a quiet finca between Campos and Felanitx. The flatmate is provided with her own small apartment with hallway and closing door, consisting of bedroom, bathroom and a living room, study, of course in addition to shared use of living and dining area, kitchen, utility room and garden. Warm rent incl. all utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi) 700 €. Rental start from October 2024 or by arrangement. I am not striving for a partnership, but a trusting and friendly cooperation.
