The micro-apartment "Beim Feigengarten" is a granny flat in my house in Cala Pi.
It is small but very fine (25m²) suitable for 1-2 people.
The modern kitchen has an induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, large dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, a combi oven with microwave, coffee machine as well as drawer and 2 pull-out cupboards, dishes, glasses, pots and all kitchen utensils. Everything new.
The living room includes a couch with longchair, side table, desk with chair, and a large smart TV.
The cozy bedroom with large wardrobe (partly open) and 160 cm bed with high-quality mattress ensures restful nights.
You can feel comfortable in the modern bathroom/WC with wooden stool, towel ladder, rain shower and hand shower.....
The non-smoking apartment has air conditioning / heating, as well as underfloor heating, electric shutters, mosquito blinds and Bluetooth ceiling speakers in all rooms.
Tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are provided.
There is an electric grill for shared outdoor use and a small terrace with lounge furniture to sit and relax.
The house has a small Mediterranean garden planted with lemon, orange and various varieties of fig trees. There are seating options as well as a huge pool + pool terrace, loungers and umbrella which can be shared.

The rental price includes all utilities, electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi / Internet and use of the pool as well as towels, beach towels and bed linen.
Beach loungers made of lightweight aluminium and an umbrella with umbrella spike are available for shared use.
The apartment is located in 2. Sea line with wonderful sea view on the pool terrace. Cala Pi is located on the cliffs with a fantastic small bay (sandy beach) which you can reach by car in 4 minutes and on foot in 8-10 minutes.
From the bay there is a hiking trail over the cliffs to Cap Blanc (lighthouse).
In the centre of the village there are various restaurants with delicious food and drinks as well as bars, a mini supermarket and a bus stop.
In Cala Pi the sun is almost always shining - even when it rains in Palma.
The centre of Palma can be reached in 35 minutes by car.
Llucmajor with good restaurants and bars as well as shopping facilities (pharmacy, supermarket, drugstore Müller) can be reached in 25 minutes and Campos with also good restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and the German supermarkets Lidl and Aldi as well as drugstore Müller can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
Sa Rapita can be reached in 15 minutes and the wonderful long natural beach "Es Trenc" in 25 minutes.
