Our beautiful 4 room apartment (90sqm) is located in the picturesque Cala Sant Vicenç, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and with a view of the nature reserve of the Tramuntana - an absolute dream location.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms (both with windows), a recently installed fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher are included). In addition to using the fireplace, the apartment can also be heated with infrared panels on cold days. The 4 rooms include:
* A large bedroom with direct bathroom access.
* Another small bedroom, which can also be used as a guest room.
* Another smaller room, either to be used as a single room or as an office or similar.
* A spacious living-dining area, which is bordered by the beautiful fireplace and offers a direct exit to the terrace.
The east-facing terrace offers a breathtaking view of the lush green of the nature reserve opposite - peace and quiet is guaranteed here. The bay of Cala Molins is just a 5-minute walk away.
Wi-Fi can be used for a small monthly fee of €25.00. Electricity and water must be paid for independently. Garbage and all other taxes are included in the rental price. German satellite television is available.
