Hello water sports friends, we are currently on the road with 2 owners as a community of owners and are looking for a third owner who has the desire and joy to participate in our RIP. It is a 5.5 meter RIP with 100 hp Yamaha outboard. Antifouling was just applied for the new season, as well as engine maintenance etc as every year. All water sports equipment is included, from bananas for 2-3 pers., to tubes and water skis - large and small. The boat is moored all year round in Can Pastilla and has a fixed harbour there, so it is always available after consultation with the other owners. All operating and port costs are shared proportionately. Everyone carries the petrol for their individual excursion. The existing ownership agreement will be extended accordingly with the new owner. The annual costs, port, insurance and maintenance are about 6000 - 6500 euros depending on what repairs, maintenance etc. are incurred. The costs already laid out for the summer season are to be reimbursed by the new owner to 1/3 to the two existing owners. The 1/3 shares of the boat are to be taken over by the departing owner, as he has left the community. These shares are taken over directly by him and paid directly to the former owner.
The boat is great for water sports, but also for sunset cruising or to the various great bays around Can Pastilla, Palma etc. It is allowed for 8 people, but it is already well filled with 6 people from our point of view.
