Sous Chef (m/f/d) (Ajundante)

Do you already have experience as a sous chef and are you ready to work in a dynamic, innovative team? In close cooperation with the chef, you will take responsibility and implement your ideas in our unique menu. They will also be in direct contact with the guests and work in the open kitchen at the bar, with the guest's experience in mind.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the chef in planning and preparing the dishes
- Coordination of the kitchen team in the absence of the chef
- Ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Interaction with guests in the open kitchen, taking into account the show kitchen concept
Requirements
- Experience as a sous chef
- Passion for creative, Mediterranean cuisine
- Sociable and enjoy dealing with guests in an open kitchen
- Good knowledge of Spanish and English
- Team-oriented and responsible
