Your tasks:
Organizational superhero: Coordinate appointments, travel, and meetings with ease, taking professionalism to a new level.
Communications master: You are the heart of communication, manage correspondence and are available as a central point of contact for internal and external partners.
Meeting guru: You master the preparation and follow-up of meetings and ensure precise minutes keeping.
Presentation genius: Use your talent to create and maintain impressive presentations, reports, and statistics.
Project champion: As a real doer, you support projects and confidently take on special tasks.
Trustee: You are the guardian of our secrets and manage confidential documents and information with complete security.
Your profile:
Qualification: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
Experience: Several years of professional experience, ideally in the assistant sector.
Organizational talent: Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working.
Communication professional: Strong communication skills and confident appearance.
Trustworthy: Discretion and trustworthiness in the handling of sensitive information.
Tech-Savvy: Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Eloquent: Very good written and spoken German. In addition, good written and spoken English and Spanish skills are a plus.
