Hey you! Are you ready to discover the world with us? I am in the process of launching an initiative, for which I am looking for a passionate and creative educator (m/f/d). In the project "Discovering Our World: Nature and Community" you will look after 2 to a maximum of 4 little adventurers of preschool age on 2 to 3 days a week, usually from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We live on a 4.4 ha finca near Campos in harmony and peace with many animals and plants. Many offers can take place here.
What to expect:
• Nature walks and adventures: Together with the children, you will explore nature and all kinds of animals, collect plants, feathers, try to read tracks and discover the four elements with all their qualities.
• Creative (and spiritual) projects: You plan and carry out exciting activities that support the little explorers in their social, emotional, motor and linguistic development (in German).
• Learning with fun: Through creative methods, you integrate writing and arithmetic exercises into the children's everyday lives. Musical and artistic focal points are also desired.
• Community and cohesion: You will create a loving and supportive learning environment in which everyone feels comfortable. Appreciative and respectful cooperation is the basis of the community.
What you bring to the table:
• A completed training in the field of forest experience education or other training in the educational field.
• Experience working with preschoolers.
• A huge portion of creativity and empathy.
• Love for nature and joy in instilling awareness of it in children.
• Flexibility to go on an adventure with us 2 to 3 days a week.
• Team spirit and desire to work together
• Don't be afraid of 😊 big dogs
