We are looking for a full-time office worker for our team with immediate effect.
Our office is located at Paseo de Mallorca 18 in 07012 Palma de Mallorca.
We are active in the following areas: cleaning, house care,
pool & garden service as well as in caretaker service.
We are therefore looking for reinforcement for the support and administration of our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing inquiries and orders via phone / e-mail,
- Complaint handling,
- Drafting contracts and letters,
-Applications planning
- Communication between customers and employees.
You should be proficient in German, Spanish and English.
