Reinschiff Yacht Management is a young company dedicated to the management of all matters relating to private luxury yachts. Based in Illestas, we take care of yachts in the south-west of Mallorca from Palma to Andratx. We operate with a maintenance team that takes care of the regular cleaning and maintenance of the yachts and also supports the owners in administrative areas such as registrations, insurance, purchase & sale, project management of repairs and new constructions.
To support the management, we are looking for an Office Manager (m/f)
Profile:
- Language skills: English, Spanish, German
- Commercial training and understanding of commercial processes of a service company
- Strong PC skills: Excel, Google Business Suite, Holded
- Knowledge of the local yachting industry and Yachtlingo (ideally you have worked as a Chief Steward/es on superyachts in the past
- Organized, efficient, reliable, friendly and confident in dealing with HNWIs
- Resident in Mallorca with work permit and all relevant documents
-Driving licence
Tasks:
- Calendar management of the maintenance team and the management
- Communication with ports, shipyards, craftsmen and customers
- Service reporting
- CRM Maintenance
- Low accounting, quotation and invoicing
